We offer property management that consists of tenant screening, leasing, inspections, repair and maintenance services that keep you aware of your property from afar.  We also prepare your property for lease, showings, collection of rent and online portal access for owners and tenants that create a seamless process with minimum effort. 

Our fees are comparable to most property management companies and we are compensated by collecting the first month’s rent with a flat fee per month for every door we manage.  

At HQ Property Management, we offer training to underserved individuals who desire a career in property management and several of them will work as consultants at various capacities within the division.
