Depending on your housing need, we have several types of properties that you can consider – rental properties, lease option properties and properties for sale. Take a look at each tab below to see what is available.
Rental Properties
We offer duplex/apartment rental properties and transitional housing, which allow you to pay a flat fee (utilities included) while we help you find permanent housing. Permanent housing can range from an apartment or duplex rental or purchasing a home. Regardless of your need, we are able to help provide a drug-free, alcohol free, safe housing with minimal issues. Lease Option Properties
We offer lease options for those individuals who have some credit challenges that prevent them from purchasing immediately. We will assist you in identifying a lease option property, working with a mortgage banker, credit restoration specialist and Title Company to ensure all things have been considered before moving into the property. Move into your dream home while you get qualified to buy it.

We offer listed and non-MLS properties for sale that may have been purchased through a distress sale (foreclosure, probate, divorce, etc.) or simply the traditional way. Some properties may have been renovated and are listed for market value and some may be purchased at a discounted rate to move quickly. Check our inventory to see what is available and if we have no properties listed, you will be directed to our waitlist so we can notify you when a new property is listed.
